The Amazing Aleksa Strikes Again

This weekend we had planned to travel to my dad's... Unfortunately Wisconsin is under a storm warning, and there is a bunch of ice out there. We chickened out and stayed put after a friend called and said they were too iced-over to even make it out of their driveway.

So, to drown our sorrows, we decided to open presents this morning. (We'll be headed to John's grandparents' house on Monday-Tuesday).

Adam got a toy rocket. He launched it, and it landed on Aleksa's head.

Somehow.

Who knows how.

And not only did it land on her head, but it THEN got tangled in her hair.

These things could only happen to her.

HaHaHaHaHaHa!!!!! How does she manage to keep getting in scrapes like this?!!! ;)
BTW - After the Kiev induced commenting hiatus it's good to be back! :) Thanks for all of your encouragement during our trip.

Ooops, sorry Kay, didn't mean to delete your comment... I hit the wrong button, evidently... But, I agree, I do have a beautiful family! :O)

TAMI!!!!! You've sure sent us all through a whirl-wind of emotions as we've followed your blog! So glad you have a breather in the middle of all the drama!

Our dear Aleksa. She certainly does get into interesting situations and puzzling ones too. This is very cute.

Love you all,
Mom

Hi Shelly,

It was so nice to see the pics of your kids! They are all beautiful! I've enjoyed reading your blogs, now I'm hooked!

The girls adoption on the 21st went great. They were really excited and seem to understand everything that was happening. It is so nice for them to finally have the Larson name! They love it too!

I hope we get to meet everyone this summer..that will be fun!

Take Care and Happy New Year...

Barb! Congratulations again on your adoption(S!) I hope we get to see them this summer - there's always something planned at Aunt Karen's in July isn't there?

Keep in touch, Barb! I'll look forward to hearing more about your two new daughters.
